Shipping
An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is received. Once your item has shipped, a second confirmation will be sent which will include a tracking number for your shipment.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm México Time (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped from México City.
Inside México the shipping cost is $99 MXN for 5-7 days shipping and it costs $150 MXN for 2-3 day expedited shipping.
For shipping costs outside México please see the Shipping Rates tab in each product page. For countries not listed in the tabs write us an email to info@minhk.com to see if we can ship to your country.
For orders outside México, please note that you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country you order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
For returning or exchanging of an item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $750MXN, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

El equipo de MINHK inspeccionará el item regresado y si se encuentra en perfectas condiciones se procederá al cambio y/o devolución del dinero.
Para cambios MINHK cubrirá los costos de envío. El costo de devolución y/o cambio correrá por cuenta del cliente.
En caso de devolución el tiempo del reembolso dependerá de cada entidad bancaria.
