Exchange and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, MINHK will gladly offer a web credit or exchange. Web credits can be used online at www.minhk.com and are to be used within 1 month of issuance date.
Return items or exchanges must be returned to us within 5 business days of the date of receipt, in their original condition. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.
International sales are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return/exchange for any reason (except faulty goods).
Gift cards are non-refundable: If the item was marked as a gift card when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Items returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. The additional shipping cost incurred will be automatically charged to your account.
MINHK reserves the right to request proof of shipment date.
All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved by MINHK. In order to be pre-approved, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, proof of purchase, item you'd like to return and the reason and if approved, we’ll send you and email with your Return Authorization Form (RA) and a return-shipping label. Please fill the RA form and mail it with the item you’d like to exchange/return to the following address:

Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost (99MXN) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, there is a 99 MXN shipping charge to exchange items for a different size or model. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Simply request an RA number by contacting email@example.com
We highly recommend that you insure all return packages as a full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged
Once Returned Merchandise is processed, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the participating banks processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this process.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair items if faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
